Transitional Kindergarten & Kindergarten Pre-Registration Thursday, April 24, 2014 12:30-5:00 5:45-7:00 Children eligible for Kindergarten registration are those who live within the boundaries of the Rio Bravo-Greeley School District and were born on or before September 01, 2009. Children eligible for Transitional Kindergarten are those living within the boundaries of the Rio Bravo-Greeley Union School District and were born between September 02 & December 02, 2009.
Parents are required to bring copies of the following:
1. PROOF OF RESIDENCY IN THE DISTRICT (electric, gas, 2. BIRTH CERTIFICATE 3. RECORD OF IMMUNIZATIONS (see reverse for requirements) 4. PROOF OF GUARDIANSHIP IF NOT CHILDS PARENT
5. PHYSICAL EXAMINATION (May not be given more than 6 months 6. DENTAL ORAL HEALTH EXAMINATION Registration will be held in the R.B.E. Library. Parents and child will then be taken to meet with Kindergarten teachers. A short assessment test will be given to each child.
Please remember working parents need evening time slots. Please come during the day if at all possible.
We will not be pre-registering students who live outside the boundaries of the Rio Bravo-Greeley Union School District at this time unless there is a sibling currently enrolled on an inter- district transfer within the District.
Students will not be registered without the above information. |
