Spring Break...School is out from April 18 through the 25th. School resumes on April 26th.
District STAR Testing this week...Monday, April 11 - Friday, April 15th. Get plenty of rest and do your best!
The RBG Invitational Track Meet will be held Friday, April 1 at the RBG Track and Field Area West of the School. The Meet starts at 9:00AM.
Sweepstakes and Runner-up at the RBE Science Fair held on March 16. The student on the left(runner-up) is Alex I. The Student on the right is the sweepstakes winner, Nathan H. Alex’s project was entitled “ Can I Make Water Glow?” Nathan’s was “Can I Bake Cookies in My Own Solar Oven?
Kindergarten RegistrationRio Bravo Elementary SchoolTuesday, March 01, 20228:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
The RBG Band and OUTBACK Steakhouse have a fundraiser planned for the evening of Tuesday, March 29. Tickets will be pre-sold for dinner to be picked up at OUTBACK on Stockdale Hwy. Tickets are $15 a piece.
Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held for both RBE and RBG on Thursday, March 17. This is a minimum day with students going home at 12:30PM. Conferences start at 1:00PM-5:00PM (with a break at 3:00); dinner from 5:00-5:45PM; and conferences continuing from 5:45-7:30PM.Friday, March 18 is also a minimum day with the students being excused at 12:30PM.
The RBE Science Fair will be held on Wednesday, March 16 from 8:30-11:30 AM with the awards given out at 1:20PM.
The RBE/RBG PTC will be holding their Spring Book Fair during the week of March 14-18. This is one of the ways that the PTC makes money that goes back to the schools. Your support is greatly appreciated. Please come out to see the great selection of books for your children to read...many are on the class Accelerated Reader lists!
